Times of the School Day

Students arrive between 8:45am and 9:00am, with lessons beginning at 9:00am.

The school day finishes at 12:40pm on Monday and Wednesday and 2:45pm on all other days, with a staggered departure between 2:30pm and 2:45pm to allow staff to support students individually at the end of the day.

During the day students take part in a range of lessons, alongside a morning break and lunchtime, where staff support students to develop social and communication skills.

Some students may initially attend school on a reduced or gradual timetable to help them settle comfortably into school routines. As confidence grows, students are supported to increase their attendance.
